You can book a pregnancy massage after your 12 week scan. Please consult your midwife or obstetrician before booking if you have a high-risk pregnancy/high-risk of miscarriage, or any other health concerns. You can book a postnatal massage whenever you feel ready after a natural delivery; following a c-section or complicated delivery it’s recommended that you wait to book for at least 6-8 weeks postpartum, and after a postnatal check with a GP.
